My rollercoaster experience!

The staff were very nice, swiftly upgrading our room and offering fantastic drinks in the lobby. The good heart-shaped chocolates on our anniversary night were a charming touch!

Despite the excellent service, I struggled with the noise levels from trains nearby that interrupted my sleep throughout the stay.

Excellent location, all close by, train station five minutes walk, center near, quiet, clean, cozy, excellent restaurant at the hotel.

There's no such thing.

We would like to particularly thank Manuela, Bettina & the gentleman at the Reception on Saturday morning for their friendliness & efficiency! Manuela in particular stood out! Rooms are a bit small!

Perfect for solo travelers seeking comfort

The room was perfect and so comfy, honestly seemed like sleeping on clouds. The staff were friendly and took care of all my needs, even making recommendations for local spots to check out.

It wasn't exactly cheap but definitely worth the price.

The kitchen chef was very kind, we had a special dietary request which was promptly catered to (without charge). Nice location. Walk 5 minutes to the station and near the center.

It is a nice & cozi hotel, very near to the city center and Luzern HB. You will reach the old part of Luyern & some fine restaurants in a 5 min walk from this hotel e in 5 min you are near the lake. I think the price was a bit to high, but it was a nice quality.

Price perhaps is a bit out of the market-price.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tasteful decor and accessibility of the Cascada Boutique Hotel. The common areas were inviting and beautifully designed.

Could use more seating options in common areas.

The place was impeccably clean with a friendly attentive and thoughtful staff at the reception desk. Liked staying at the well-appointed and well laid out guest room with a balcony.

We had a fantastic stay! The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the made-to-order omelets. Our family room was spacious and had a nice layout for the kids. The free mini-bar was a lovely surprise!

Great Location .. Just 100 mts or so from the location. Lovely neighborhood. Excellent staff-very hospitable and friendly. Allowed us early check in and helped us with necessary info for sightseeing/dining etc.We stayed an extra night and were offered cheaper rate for the 3rd night - the same as was available on Booked.net

AC not too great. a little noisy area. One can hear noises till pretty late at night.

The room was cramped at only 12sqm with a bathroom layout that included a toe-stubbing step. Noise from the street and trains was disruptive, especially when opening windows for fresh air, as the room felt uncomfortably warm despite the radiator being off. Basic housekeeping details were overlooked, like not replacing the shower cap, and the high breakfast prices felt unwarranted for the experience provided.

Very clean rooms. Excellent location. Air Conditioning but also windows to open. Easy to find with a GPS. Excellent breakfast included in price.

More info on parking. Reserved street parking should be bookable in advance.

The staff was courteous, the room was clean and the location is convenient both to the old town and to the train station.

I thought it was a bit expensive for the size of the room and the amenities, more like a three star than a four star, but this is Switzerland!
